multifunctional and hotel complexes.
Sport complex includes an aqua park (16,500 sq. m.), a skating ring (7,000 sq. m.) and a tennis center (6,000 sq. m.).
Commercial center, with total area of 25,000 sq. m., serves as a central entrance element into the recreational park.
Hotel complex, located at the lake shore, is planned to house 500 fashionable rooms.
Lake promenade, bicycle paths and skiing slope unite different zones of the park, thus creating a single entity.
