Development Residential District, Talmon, Neighborhood A, Israel
Objectives of the Plan:
• Change the land designation from agricultural and open public areas to building and public institution zones.
• Designate residential areas.
• Allocate areas for commerce and public institutions.
• Create special housing areas.
• Designate areas for employment.
• Reserve open spaces and roads.
Among other things, within the framework of the plan, we have established a detailed planning and spatial framework for the construction of 560 residential units, organized in buildings with varying densities ranging from 4 to 18 housing units per structure. All of this is accomplished while dealing with quite challenging topographical conditions. A whole area defined in a plan for tourist purposes, such as water parks, rural accommodations, hotel accommodations, and visitor centers, combined with commercial buildings, offices, and employment.
