Residential Building, Hod Hasharon, Israel
This residential building combines modern style, functionality, and convenience. It serves as an example of architecture that considers both aesthetics and practicality. Due to the existing concrete framework, the apartment layout was adapted. These are 38 small apartments, but they are optimized for comfortable living. The layout takes into account the existing framework, maximizing space utilization.
The building features a contemporary style with clean lines and a rectangular form. It looks modern and elegant. The facade incorporates large windows, allowing abundant natural light into the interior spaces. The facade made of glass, steel, and concrete. This combination provides both strength and a modern appearance. In every apartment, a balcony is provided so that residents can enjoy the fresh air and views of the city.
